- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field (preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, or similar software).
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track and assess the performance of suppliers based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, Schedule Adherence, FOTD, Past due
- Communicate performance feedback to suppliers in a constructive manner
- Act as the primary point of contact for performance-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement corrective actions and process improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier performance
- Recommend and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure that suppliers adhere to agreed-upon contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and terms of engagement
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and work with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate those risks
- Develop and implement contingency plans for critical suppliers to minimize business disruption
