  • Guarantees the availability of production plant equipment complying with the preventive maintenance program.
  • Manage the department budget.
  • Manage and promotes cost reduction projects in the maintenance area.
  • Maintains good communications with other departments.
  • Encourages and promotes the segurity rules compliance.
  • Comply with all environmental impact regulations through maintenance activities.
  • Schedule and execute the maintenance programs for facility services.
  • Involves in the installation, modification and relocation of machinery.
  • Manages work the external suppliers.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance program.
  • Promotes safety and training.
  • Coordinate the new equipment installation in plant.
  • Maintains lands and buildings and promotes 5S activities.
  • Facility services design.
  • Administrates equipments parts warehouse.
  • Reports monthly area metrics.
  • STPS program management.
  • New equipment engineering revisions.
  • Performs with the help of the safety coordination the checl list for “new/modified/ added equipment” and leads required activities development .
  • Develop checklists for new / modified / transferred equipment, in addition to leading the resulting activities required.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 years experience in a Maintenance area.
  • Knowledge of development, implementation and maintenance methods.
  • Knowledge of safety and environment local and federal regulations.
  • Working knowledge of planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and facilities, brigade, ISO 50001.
  • Fluent English.
