**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with sales leads from multiple channels.
- Help customers find the best products that fit their needs.
- Find alternative options when stock becomes an issue.
- Increase market share for the company in the furniture e-commerce market.
- Have a deep understanding of furniture and mattresses to educate customers on the different benefits and features that our products offer.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of sales experience or customer service.
- Presentation: Friendly, outgoing attitude with the ability to gain rapport with prospective clients.
- Strong verbal communication: Clear English-speaking voice.
- Excellent written communication: Spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience in the furniture industry a plus.
- High School Diploma minimum.
- Ability to maintain a professional & courteous demeanor at all times.
- Strong internet connection.
- Able to work within the hours of 8 AM to 9 PM US CST
- Able to work weekends.
- Must be committed to a full-time job with no additional project going past 10 hours a week.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy.
- Quick and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask many responsibilities and projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
