- Coordinate annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics to ensure the effectiveness of actions.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide market insights to Business Units and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies and market trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting campaign results and proposing improvements.
- Coordinate the activities of the marketing excellence team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate marketing policies and guidelines.
- Adapt and implement global marketing strategies to meet the needs and peculiarities of the regional market, connecting divisional needs with country specific objectives;
- Work closely with regional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop local campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze regional market trends, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in leadership positions in marketing, preferably in multinational companies, preferrably within pharma, biotech or consultancy companies.
- Analytical skills and experience in marketing data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese will be considered a plus.
- Availability to travel (25% to 50%) to Brasil, Argentina, Colombia and Chile
