- Ability to use specialized resources such as publications, partnerships, and conferences to stay up to date.
- In-depth knowledge of the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)
- Mastery of advanced statistical tools and Office (Excel, word, Power point, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge and handling of Lean tools (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Analysis, 5 Whys, etc.) as well as process improvement tools (Kanban, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, etc.)
- Advanced Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies
