JOB TITLE: SAP FICO AnalystThis position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. We're looking for driven, curious, and proactive individuals who are eager to grow with us on this exciting journey.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide hands-on support for SAP FICO modules (and integration with SAP modules MM, SD, EWM, TM), including incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects.Develop relationships with key business users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solutionWork with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and lead continuous improvement and application maintenance activitiesParticipate in program implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including analysis, design, configuration, testing and implementationEnsure specifications are meeting business requirements while ensuring respect of our guidelines.Support Integration points with other modules and domainSupervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.Develop and maintain functional specifications and design specificationsSupport peer review of design standards and specificationsGovern the transition and handoff from the project delivery team to the application support team.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSUniversity degree or equivalent by experienceMinimum 6 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in one or many of the following SAP financial modules: FI, CO, AAStrong knowledge of financial accounting requiredDemonstrate outstanding expertise in SAP Financial accounting and Controlling functionalities and capable of designing and implementing SAP best practicesPerform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.Work experience with the following packages is nice to have: Blackline, OneSource, Opentext, KyribaExperience working with third-party integrations with SAPSolid understanding of S4 HANA processesHigh-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migrationTraining skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peersDynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realitiesAvailable to work "on call" in a rotative calendarYou’re able to work in English (written and oral)ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs, and experiences.
