- Responsible for commercial processing & operational handling of the contract based on cost effectiveness
- Identifies & manages revenue opportunities
- Advises customers & pro-actively sells services
- Responsible for perfect functioning of customer interface while giving consideration to contractual service agreements and internal KPIs
- Independently manage the customer relationship at the operational level & ensure its ongoing development
- Responsible for first escalation level for process related issues
- Monitor & support performance
- Coordinate BU's within LHT & maintain an internal/external performance dialog
- Corrects cost booking & in time invoicing
- Managing LHT supply chain to meet customer requirements
- Takeover of additional tasks when is required al final de las tasks
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor´s degree desirable
- More than 2 years of experience in MRO Customer Service required
- Fluency in English & Spanish language required
- German language desirable
- MRO Customer Service & MRO repairs management knowledge required
- SAP, MAX / CSM Training knowledge desirable
- MS Office knowledge as user
