Internal Generative AI Program Lead - Data Domain Middle

• Understand and support internal GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot Chat, GPT Enterprise, LLM Console) and explore new technologies that enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Lead the strategy for company-wide GenAI adoption, including training, engagement, and feedback.
• Act as the primary resource for GenAI best practices, tool education, and support.
• Communicate new features and tools clearly and effectively across diverse audiences.
• Lead and grow the global GenAI Champions program, supporting local innovation and knowledge sharing.
• Manage the GenAI Idea Triage Team to evaluate and prioritize employee-submitted use cases.
• Maintain and evolve the internal GenAI community hub, including prompt libraries, FAQs, and usage guides.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and collaboration across teams.
• Stay informed on GenAI trends and bring forward-thinking insights to the organization.

• 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, product or program management, or internal enablement.
• Proven ability to lead change and drive adoption in cross-functional or global environments.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and generative AI tools, especially large language models.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and inclusively.
• Experience building and supporting communities or networks.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse teams, from executives to frontline staff.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across different functions and cultures.
