Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms in both English and Canadian French.
Issue Resolution Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Product Knowledge Develop a thorough understanding of the companys products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using the companys CRM system.
Escalation Management Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors while ensuring timely followup and resolution.
Feedback Collection Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes.
Multilingual Communication Translate and interpret customer inquiries or company communications as needed between English and Canadian French.
Qualifications
Language Skills Fluency in both English and Canadian French written and spoken is mandatory.
Experience Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
ProblemSolving Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
Technical Skills Proficiency in using customer service software e.g., CRM tools, email platforms, and basic computer applications.
Adaptability Ability to handle a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Teamwork Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Requirements
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Strong cultural awareness and understanding of Canadian Frenchspeaking regions and their nuances.
