Responsibilities:The OpportunityOCM lead for the Vendor management team is responsible for driving change initiatives across multiple teams and supports the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working related to vendor engagement. This role ensures successful implementation by leading communications, training, and vendor engagement efforts.Your ImpactAs IT Strat & Transf Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist:
- Develop and execute change management strategies for Vendor Management initiatives (e.g., new tools, reporting dashboards, scorecards, team updates)
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Global Procurement, Legal, Vendor Management) to ensure clear communication and alignment on changes.
- Lead the development of training materials and support resources to enable smooth transitions.
- Design and deliver communication plans and content (e.g. Newsletter, FAQs, one pager, monthly team meetings) to support awareness and alignment.
- Highlight quick wins and milestones to reinforce adoption and engagement.
- Coordinate learning sessions and workshops to build capability within the Vendor Management team and its business partners.
- Capture lessons learned and feedback to improve future change initiatives.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and accountability within the vendor management team.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment between OCM efforts and overall Vendor management projects.
- Support teams to develop and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables for OCM-VM initiatives.
- Coordinate and deliver targeted communications and training materials tailored to diverse employee groups (e.g., frontline workers, field sales, corporate teams).
- Help facilitate change workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to foster engagement and readiness.
- Track adoption metrics and employee sentiment to inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Learning & Development to align change efforts with company culture and values.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, or transformation roles—ideally within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like SharePoint, Power BI, or project management platforms is a plus.
- Experience supporting change in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Understanding of consumer goods operations, including supply chain, retail execution, and digital commerce.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for global initiatives.
