- Managing, reviewing and modification of pertinent data for customers, updating pricing, discounts and contracts management data, in alignment with Sales.
- Processing claim requests, managing disputes and creation, edition and processing of credit & debit notes, depending on the case.
- Sales and Order Management reporting activity for BU.
- Correct documents transferal from given platforms in order to effectuate the creation, modification of entry orders throughout proper tools.
- Entry, validation, tracking and upload of electronic invoices to specific web customer portal (México).
- Proposing, contributing and updating the process documentation and enhancements, as well as identifying opportunities of improvements and automatization throuhout the whole process workflow.
- Advanced Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in International Business or Logistics
- Desirable experience in Logistics
- Interest in developing in Customer Service
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI or other Automation Tools
