- Work with services Product Management and Sales teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for account teams.
- Conduct regular workshops and webinars to keep teams updated on product offerings and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a repository of training materials and resources maximising existing platforms such as Showpad.
- Design and implement enablement programs for distributors and partners.
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the channel is well-equipped to sell our services.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Ensure the website is up to date with relevant information and resources.
- Develop and maintain a library of sales tools and templates to support the sales process.
- Develop and monitor key indicators of sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales operations to deploy sales coaching standard processes.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency.
You anticipate future trends and implications accurately.For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior program management position.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with enablement platforms such as Showpad.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- English language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills.
