- As a Software Engineer at Qualtrics, you should love building simple solutions to solve hard customer use cases or engineering scalability problems, designing systems in an agile environment to withstand hyper growth and owning quality from end to end.
- You will work with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes, and transform them into exciting end-user features.
- Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance.
- Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers.
- Lead and engage in design reviews, architectural discussions, requirement definitions and other technical activities in diverse capacity.
- Collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers.
- Develop widgets for clear data visualizations in dashboards and reports.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, complexity analysis, and performance.
- 2-5 years working in a full-stack web engineering position.
- Ability to work both independently on ambiguous problems and in highly collaborative team environments.
- Experience using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Python.
- Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation and build/deploy systems.
- Experience with technical communications with both technical and non-technical peers.

- Our engineers collaborate closely with platform teams to ensure our products are tightly integrated and consistent with core platform behavior while having the flexibility to choose our architecture and the independence to quickly deliver on our business vision.
- We design products that make sophisticated research simple.
- We spend 10% of our time on individual engineering growth activities every quarter
