Operations Specialist

• Manage Seed Packaging Operations: Oversee the processes to deliver On Time and In Full, experimental seed to yield trials, nurseries and lab samples for fields and laboratory analysis.
• Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in meetings and communications with teams to align goals and timelines.
• Temporary Workforce: Train and supervise seasonal staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• KPIs & Delivery Oversight: Organize and monitor seed preparation progress, to meet the targets and fulfill On Time and In Full KPIs.
• Resource Planning: Assist in supply procurement, and maintenance scheduling.
• Promote Safety & Compliance: Foster a culture of safety and ensure adherence to company policies and standards (QHSE, FCPA, etc.).
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes through technology and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, administrative or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, or process improvement.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Language: Medium-advanced English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
• Able to clearly convey information across diverse teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Comfortable participating in meetings, writing emails, and collaborating across functions (Spanish/English).
