**Activities**
- Present the operations report to the management team and directive board, through the analysis and integration of the operational indicators.
- Oversee the Mexico Workforce Team to assign tasks and responsibilities, to achive the goals and ensure quality standards of the department.
- Assure the standardization of the reports, that contains information of the different accounts.
- Establish the automatization procedures, to creation the area report.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English skills it's a must.
- At least 5 years of experience as a workforce manager and 2 years of experience in a leadership position (Contact center).
- Degree as an Industrial engineer, civil engineer, administrator or related to the workforce area.
- Knowledge of Excel, Power Bi, Office.
- Must have exceptional communication skills.
- Managerial Courage.
- Conflict resolution.
- Analytical thinking.
- Goal Oriented.
