- Foster a culture of excellence, commitment to quality, and outstanding service among all kitchen teams.
- Oversee menu planning, food cost management, and quality control across all venues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain highest hygiene standards.
- Extensive experience in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant management
- Proven track record of leading multiple kitchen operations
