- Developing and implementing catering service standards, ensuring exemplary guest experiences.
- Leading the catering team in all functions, providing mentorship, training, and support.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the catering department.
- Collaborating with sales and events teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conducting regular meetings with team members to discuss performance, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Planning and coordinating logistics for catering events, including menu selections and staffing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering management or a comparable role within a luxury hotel or catering company.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 7rooms software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, and a passion for the culinary arts.
