Doctoralia is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to take our customer growth and advocacy efforts to the next level in Mexico.📍 Location: Mexico, CDMX (Hybrid)About the Role:At Doctoralia, we believe our customers are our best growth engine. That's why we're looking for a results-driven, strategic, and hands-on Customer Marketing Leader to own and execute programs that drive product adoption, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and customer advocacy.You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure that every doctor not only sees value in our solutions-but becomes an active promoter of them.This is an ideal role for someone with strong B2B marketing foundations who's ready to make an impact and grow into a strategic leadership position.What You'll Do:🚀 Drive Product AdoptionDesign onboarding and lifecycle campaigns to increase product usage and satisfactionDefine product-specific journeys (e.g. Agenda, Noa Notes, First Class)Partner with Product and CS to remove friction in the customer journey📈 Lead Expansion & Growth InitiativesDevelop upsell and cross-sell campaigns across paid product linesCoordinate with Sales and CS to surface growth opportunitiesDeliver personalized content based on usage and behavior❤️ Build Advocacy & LoyaltyScale our referral program (Plan Amigo) as a growth channelLead the collection of testimonials across specialties and productsFoster customer engagement through community initiatives and events📊 Own Funnel Performance & InsightsMonitor KPIs: adoption, churn, upsell CVR, referral CVRAnalyze data to uncover growth levers and optimize campaignsCollaborate with Performance and RevOps to sharpen segmentation & targeting🎯 Execute Strategic CampaignsLaunch and grow initiatives like First Class, Noa Notes adoption, referral programs, and webinarsAlign with global playbooks while localizing to the Mexican marketQualificationsWhat We're Looking For:✅ 4+ years in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or healthcare
✅ Expertise in CRM and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Customer.io)
✅ Strong analytical mindset-comfortable digging into data and optimizing performance
✅ A doer with ownership mentality, a strategic thinker with tactical chops
✅ (Bonus) Experience in referral, loyalty, or upsell programs
✅ (Bonus) Startup or high-growth experience
