Each COS should have a desire and ability to nurture relationships internally and externally with our new customers, our Customer Solutions team, and our Sales Team while working in a fast paced, high-volume environment. The COS will always strive for a high-level of customer satisfaction. All activities are to be managed in accordance with the company’s goals of safety, compliance, and code of conduct.What You will do:

Walk customer through the onboarding process
Ensure all new customers are set up accurately in our system to successfully transact with us quickly
Gathers all necessary paperwork for a new customer to efficiently transact
Build customer in ERP system
Creates new ship-to locations for existing customers

What You will need:

High School Diploma required

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. A combination of education and/or experience will be considered for the ideal candidate.
English proficiency required
Proficiency with the MS Office package, strong Excel skills are encouraged
Prior experience working in Customer Solutions with B2B customers
Chemical/Distribution experience preferred
SAP or relevant ERP systems
Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
