Will act as the link between Marketing and Sales, leading the correct execution of internal and external initiatives that drive sell-out, in-store visibility, and market share growth, with a strong focus on efficiency and return on investment.A Day in the life as a Trade Marketing Associate Manager:
- Execute the Trade Marketing Strategy to attain defined business objectives, ensuring that it meets both brand and customer expectations.
- Identify necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction in a profitable way.
- Lead the implementation of brand plans with the commercial team across customers and performance measurements of the results via KPI measurement.
- Monitor the implementation of the channel strategies ensuring the connection with brands and customers objectives and needs.
- Tailor the materials and activation toolkits from the Marketing team for the customer and format requirements in the market.
- Execute the trade promotional plan of top brands and top customers and increase brand visibility at POS (B&M and On-line)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing or Shopper Marketing, preferably in FMCG or Toys categories
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Experience in managing POS activations and promotional campaigns
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Agencies)
- Retail environment understanding
- Experience with agency management
- English fluent level
